Cancellation Policy and Rental Conditions

Cancellation Policy

A full refund will be issued with 72 hours’ notice of the rental date. A 50% refund will be issued with 24 hours’ notice (during office hours from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM). Cancellations on the same day of the rental are not allowed. A full refund will be issued in case of a reservation cancellation by Rent a Bike Dlabuela.

Rental Conditions

1. Bike rental is a service provided by Axarquia Solution S.L. (A.S. s.l.) with VAT number B01850593, located at C/ Campo de la Iglesia n8, 29790 Benajarafe, under the commercial name “RENT A BIKE DLABUELA.”

2. A.S. s.l. is the owner of the rental bikes and the equipment displayed.

3. To ensure that the bicycle and equipment are used properly and to guarantee that each user behaves responsibly and has the best possible experience, the renter agrees to: be responsible for the care and return of the bicycle and accessories (locks, helmet, keys, etc.). The bicycles will be inspected at the time of delivery and must be returned in the same condition as when rented, with the user assuming responsibility for any damage caused.

4. In the case of theft or loss of the material, in whole or in part, the user will be obligated to pay A.S. s.l. for the stolen material.

5. The user acknowledges and agrees to comply with traffic laws and regulations and is responsible for any damage caused (to themselves or third parties) as a result of any accident during the use of the bicycle.

6. A.S. s.l. is not responsible for any claims. The user is required to take care of the bicycle at all times and ensure it is kept in a safe place to avoid theft.

7. A photograph of the renter’s ID/Passport will be taken.

8. A.S. s.l. commits to complying with the Cancellation Policy.

9. Delays in the return of the bicycle(s) will result in the payment of the corresponding fee.

10. In case of a breakdown, A.S. s.l. commits to providing assistance and changing the bicycle. To do so, the user should contact RENT A BIKE DLABUELA at 653 06 25 12.
